More times than not, when a youth enters into foster care they come to their foster family with just the clothes on their back.
There are situations when children are not allowed to bring any clothes, toys, stuffed animals, blankets or any other "comfort" items. This is just one way Resources of Hope steps into the picture to help children feel loved while helping offset this initial impact to the foster family.
