About The Event
Implicit biases are influenced by experiences, although these attitudes may not always be the result of direct personal experience. This training is designed to expose people to their biases, provide tools to adjust automatic patterns of thinking, and ultimately eliminate discriminatory behaviors that negatively impact our world. This session also covers terminology, core concepts and resources that will aid participants in their learning about issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Masks are required when social distancing is not possible. We will do our best to take necessary precautions in accordance with CDC suggested guidelines.
