About The Event
We welcome Laura Hayes, founder of Ground Rules Coaching and foster mom to share her expertise in emotional awareness and accountability in children. Laura’s certifications include Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach, Wiley certified Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team, DiSC certified, Enneagram Certified and Handle with Care and Empathy certification.
Laura will be teaching how to help your foster children understand perspective, “right size their thinking” and regulating their responses. She will introduce and dive into the Perspective and Accountability Ladders.
Childcare is limited. Sign up early!
