About The Event
**Please note: This training is SUNDAY, May 5th 2-4pm.**
Nikkole Seal will be leading a discussion in Self-Care and why it's essential for foster parents. As caregivers we often put our self-care last on the list of things that need to get done. This means it (we) often gets forgotten about. It is SO important that we remember to take time for ourselves so we can continue to provide safe and positive care for those needing us. Nikkole will begin this program with discussion on what self-care is, the importance of it and give examples of ways we can add routines into our every day lives to help us prevent burnout.Â
