About The Event
**Please note: This training is SUNDAY, May 4th 2-4pm at New Hope Church (NOT Resources of Hope).**
As caregivers we often put our self-care last on the list of things that need to get done. This means it (we) often gets forgotten about. It is SO important that we remember to take time for ourselves so we can continue to provide safe and positive care for those needing us. Kathryn Adams will begin this program with breathing techniques and seat stretches. Did you know breathing exercises can reduce stress & anxiety, increases mental clarity & creativity and help you get better sleep & health, all things that can help with burnout!
What else do you receive at this awesome event? Some spoiling for YOU, our amazing foster and kinship parents! (This training is only available to our foster, kinship and adopted parents.)
